The Continental Divide Electric Cooperative (CDEC) is an energy and telecommunications company that is wholly owned by the members it serves. With the continual population growth over the serviceable 4,000+ miles, the need arose to create a new headquarters (HQ). Located in Grants, NM, Beck Total Office Interiors participated in a competitive bid and interview process to which they were awarded the FF&E project. Working directly with the stakeholders, Beck furnished the roughly 33,000 sq. ft. building along with two additional warehouse spaces. The scope included a training room, board room, conference rooms, single offices, shared offices, cubicles, dining space, and lineman locker rooms.
