No detail was too small when Beck TOI partnered with Blue Ocean Enterprises’ in-house design team to transform the historic Edwards House into a luxury boutique Bed and Breakfast Inn situated in the heart of Fort Collins. Inspired by a mixture of vintage and contemporary design, furnishings and textiles were carefully curated to fuse modern elegance and Victorian charm all while protecting the historical significance of the quaint property. Built in 1904, Beck TOI pulled out all the stops to create an environment worthy of the historic building. Consideration was paid to not only the furniture selection and procurement, but also to the artwork, accessories, and bespoke textiles. In addition to the Inn’s communal spaces and hotel rooms, Beck TOI also specified private conference rooms intended for off-site meetings, board meetings, and team building.
