  • track project milestones
  • coordinate logistics with appropriate trades

receiving + install

  • product unloaded, checked + installed per drawing
  • project walked with client to determine punch list items
  • punch list items resolved
STEP 4

project closure

  • complete open items for project
  • warranty items to be covered
  • client sent final invoice
  • day two support
