Her leadership style, business acumen and professionalism have enabled her to build and motivate a highly successful team focused on providing superior customer service and support.

She is actively involved in key client negotiations and leads new business development and marketing initiatives for the company. With 20 years in the contract furniture and related industries, Brent has a wide breadth of knowledge in the field of interior design. He ‘plays the field’ from design, space planning, project management, operations, and even finish selections. The variety of his job keeps him invigorated, ready and willing to take on the most unique interior challenges. Having worked in an architecture office for many years, Brent is well versed in the A&D practice and the challenges faced in this field.

Brent significantly contributes to overall company strategy and management as it relates to both interior design and daily operations.

mike mccory
operations manager

Mike is responsible for maintaining and improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

He oversees all projects and ensures that all the necessary steps have been performed by the project management team in a timely manner. The project management team is responsible for planning, staffing and managing project installations from simple to complex. He ensures the project management and installation teams are effectively managing time, communications, service and most importantly follow up-before, during and at the completion of the installation.

Mike is a USMC veteran and brings close to 30 years of knowledge and experience in all types of furniture installations ranging from office, laboratory, auditorium seating and school fixtures in New Mexico and West Texas.

While starting at BTOI in the installation department, Scott has found himself a part of every department in the company. Scott is the ‘go-to’ for project management, space planning, order management, computer interface, and most of all to keep everyone in good spirits with his boisterous sense of humor. Scott’s passion is project management; assuring large projects are designed, specified, ordered and installed completely and correctly. Scott takes pride in a completed task, continuing to improve efficiencies in the office and being a day to day problem solver. 

karen hogerheide
office manager

Karen ensures the smooth running of the office and assists to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Her strong organization skills and ability to multi task in our fast paced environment serves us well.

With a strong corporate accounting background, she expertly handles accounts receivables and payables and works closely with the accounting team to assist in creating monthly financials. She brings tremendous value with her relentless attention to detail and has been key in the development of processes that streamline efficiencies and has quickly become an integral part of the team.

A true team player, Karen ensures her colleagues have everything they need to perform at their best. .

Sarah’s design and construction background makes her a perfect fit to be our A&D specialist. Her personality, organizational skills and attention to detail all contribute to her ability to assemble the perfect furniture package. Her creativity and design sense make her a perfect fit to serve as a resource to develop and specify FF&E packages for architects and interior designers. Her goal is to help create innovative work environments that inspire people to excel wherever and however they work. Sarah’s philanthropic spirit keeps her busy with organizations such as Women in Design, IIDA and CEFPI.

tara rothwell, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
branch manager, southern new mexico

Tara brings passion, excitement and creativity to the workplace design process and thrives on working with her customers while using a broad range of product applications to create value driven results. An advocate for her clients, Tara will bring resourceful solutions and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to plan.

Tara received her Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University and is a licensed architect. She was recently honored with an appointed by Governor Martinez to the New Mexico Board of Architectural Examiners, where she will serve a three year term.

Jamie brings energy and insight to every project that she is involved in, and will stop at nothing to ensure that the best solution is provided to any given customer’s needs. She in an integral team member who has experience in various types of design including Corporate, Government, Healthcare, Educational, Institutional, and Hospitality as it relates to contract furniture. She is relentless in her dedication to accuracy and efficiency with each project, whether a single office or an entire building complex.

With a knack for interpersonal relations, Jamie believes that communication is the key to mutual success, and that it begins with gathering accurate information from key stakeholders early on. As she embarks on a new journey into account management, she is confident that her innate creativity and design experience combined with her ability to listen and relate to her customers will result in a beneficial user experience.

janell lopez

No challenge too small or large – Janell tackles the next task with the same passion and enthusiasm as the previous. Instilled with a strong work ethic while working on her family’s farm, Janell’s endless energy is evidenced in her work. Starting at Beck TOI as an intern while finishing her interior design degree, Janell made the quick transition to fulltime designer. Only months after her employment, Janell’s quick development proved she was ready for a new challenge and made the move to our Fort Collins office. Janell’s outgoing personality and enthusiasm for great design make her a perfect fit for the team and she enjoys the challenge of providing design support as well as developing and managing key accounts in Northern Colorado and beyond.

Angela is the newest member of the Beck TOI design team and she has a true passion for design and a strong customer service background. She brings a fresh approach to creating high performance commercial environments and is learning and becoming an expert on our diverse product solutions to meet project time lines and budgets. The team is excited to see her professional development and her willingness to take on this new challenge and next step in her design career trajectory.

With several years’ experience in furniture specification, Jocelyn hit the ground running upon joining the Beck team. Taking into account each client’s specific requirements, she creates beautifully planned spaces in both function and form. She collaborates with the account manager and the design team to suggest ideal products to meet the project budget and desired aesthetic. She is committed to putting in the work to help deliver on our team promise to be fiercely customer focused and exceed client expectations.

Jocelyn is just a natural, with a keen design eye and the work ethic and attention to detail to see her visions come to fruition.

interior designer

As a Colorado native, Tiffany graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the CIDA- Accredited program at Colorado State University. She began working as an intern in the Fort Collins office, which provided an introduction to the furnishings side of interior design and to our specialized customer service model.

She is very detail-oriented, passionate about her work and takes pride in delivering design solutions that are efficient, functional, and aesthetically attractive. Tiffany’s positive attitude and reliable work ethic make her a tremendous asset to her co-workers and to our customers.

She is excited to be a part of Beck Total Office Interiors and collaborate with the rest of the team and continue her professional development as a designer and furniture specification expert.
