With 20 years in the contract furniture and related industries, Brent has a wide breadth of knowledge in the field of interior design. He ‘plays the field’ from design, space planning, project management, operations, and even finish selections. The variety of his job keeps him invigorated, ready and willing to take on the most unique interior challenges. Having worked in an architecture office for many years, Brent is well versed in the A&D practice and the challenges faced in this field.

Brent significantly contributes to overall company strategy and management as it relates to both interior design and daily operations.


susan loeschner
branch manager, northern colorado & southern wyoming

A consistent top producer with 29 years in the furniture industry, Susan’s never ending passion for the contract furnishings industry is apparent. With her interior design degree from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Susan fostered her passion for design by working with a multitude of furnishing manufacturers. She is an outstanding resource for all of us at BTOI when we have a unique requirement for a client. Susan’s extensive knowledge of government procurement makes her an asset for assembling large government contracts. Whether it’s a 1-office project or multi-million dollar package, Susan pours the same amount of energy and effort into every opportunity.

Susan’s love of her Northern Colorado community is evidenced in her volunteer efforts for the Loveland Youth Athletic Association, Junior Achievement, Larimer County Food Bank, and the Crossroads SMGroup Board of Directors.

With Corey’s degree in Interior Design, she offers a breadth of interiors knowledge to provide her clients ideal solutions for today’s office environments. Her responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction have resulted in the formation of long term partnerships with many of our best clients. From concept to completion, Corey develops trust and facilitates communication, delivering the best possible results.

Sarah’s design and construction background makes her a perfect fit to be our A&D specialist. Her personality, organizational skills and attention to detail all contribute to her ability to assemble the perfect furniture package. Her creativity and design sense make her a perfect fit to serve as a resource to develop and specify FF&E packages for architects and interior designers. Her goal is to help create innovative work environments that inspire people to excel wherever and however they work. Sarah’s philanthropic spirit keeps her busy with organizations such as Women in Design, IIDA and CEFPI.


tara rothwell-clark, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
branch manager, southern new mexico

Tara brings passion, excitement and creativity to the workplace design process and thrives on working with her customers while using a broad range of product applications to create value driven results. An advocate for her clients, Tara will bring resourceful solutions and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to plan.

Tara received her Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University and is a licensed architect. She was recently honored with an appointed by Governor Martinez to the New Mexico Board of Architectural Examiners, where she will serve a three year term.

While starting at BTOI in the installation department, Scott has found himself a part of every department in the company. Scott is the ‘go-to’ for project management, space planning, order management, computer interface, and most of all to keep everyone in good spirits with his boisterous sense of humor. Scott’s passion is project management; assuring large projects are designed, specified, ordered and installed completely and correctly. Scott takes pride in a completed task, continuing to improve efficiencies in the office and being a day to day problem solver.

Danae’s passion for design is demonstrated in her ability to transform the most basic space plan into a furniture work of art. She is a treat to work with and never says no to a challenge, always learning and stretching improving her design skills. We are fortunate to have her drive, energy and endearing character in our office.

The ultimate solutions provider, Robert is dedicated to making sure every job is installed properly and with style. Your furniture is in good hands from the time it arrives in our warehouse to the final cleaning. From a simple chair delivery to a 200 station project, he will assemble the manpower, manage the delivery, and will rally an installation crew for a speedy and efficient installation.
